Branding a Company

After a digital overhaul, CIHP has an online presence fitting for one of the world's most advanced, innovative training and rehabilitative centers.

Athlete Interactive

The Central Institute of Human Performance is one of the most advanced, innovative training and rehabilitative centers in the world. Its clients include some of the premier athletes in their respective sports, including 2011 World Series MVP David Freese, six-time NHL All-Star Chris Pronger, three-time NFL Pro Bowler Steven Jackson, and many others.

When we began working with CIHP, however, the institute's digital properties did not reflect the quality and uniqueness of the work being done there, or the cache of the company's clients, in a compelling way.

With CIHP, we created a compelling digital presence on par with the company's brand.

Our rebranding strategy focused on several goals. First, we wanted to dramatically improve awareness of CIHP's pro athlete clients and leverage that awareness for the CIHP brand. Second, we wanted to showcase the training, rehabilitative and consulting services that CIHP provides in a way that reflected their reputation and distinctiveness. Finally, we wanted to help CIHP better target the local market, which included college and prep athletes, and active men and women.

The new website placed the three focal areas of CIHP's business -- training, rehabilitation and consulting -- right at the forefront. In addition, it used dramatic imagery to highlight its pro athlete clients, its services, and the distinctive architectural qualities of the building itself, which were a potential draw for clients in the St. Louis area.

Additional phases of CIHP are currently being planned, including the development of complementary, high-quality video content for the web site, a web-based training system, and better integrated social media presences.
