We are pleased to welcome University of Connecticut head coach Jim Calhoun into the Athlete Interactive family.
Coach is one of the winningest college basketball coaches of all-time, a two-time NCAA champion and member of the Basketball Hall of Fame. But perhaps more impressive than any of his wins or titles is Coach’s commitment to his players, and the environment he has created over the course of more than four decades of coaching. Former and current players, from Northeastern to UConn, feel like they are part of a special family -- a family that cares for them both as athletes and as people. Coach is the head of the family.
