A little over a week ago, we were congratulating Coach Jim Calhoun for making the Final Four.
Now we're celebrating his third NCAA championship.
Coach Calhoun joined elite company Monday night when his Connecticut Huskies defeated Butler, 53-41, to win the national title. Only four other coaches in the history of college basketball have won three or more championships: Adolph Rupp, John Wooden, Bob Knight and Mike Krzyzewski. Not bad company.
